Stine Broemsoe is team leader in Stack assembly.
From the beginning I have been part of the production in Topsoe Fuel Cell almost since the beginning. We started in a small lab in the basement of one of the older buildings – luckily we had the brook running just outside.
Now we are here in the new production facilities, and the company has grown from 40 employees when I started to 120 today. Things have moved fast the past couple of years! Assembling stacks I work as a team leader in production in Stack assembly. I plan our work and make sure that the stack assembly line runs smoothly. We also handle things like cell inspection, quality assurance or assembly of development stacks.
We have shipped large stack orders many times, and every time it is a great satisfaction when the stacks are lined up – assembled, approved and ready for shipment.
Growth and learning The production process is under development. Everybody in production pitches in and contributes their ideas to how we can optimize the assembly line. We are improving all the time.
Professionally, I have the opportunity to broaden my competencies: I am currently taking a management degree at Copenhagen Business College.
I know that what we are doing has great potential, and I like knowing that we are making a difference. |
