STRATEGY

To pursue our vision, our strategy is:
  • to carry out - partly through our strong in-house competencies, partly through a network of collaboration partners - a continuous optimisation of the technology presently applied, and to sustain our second-to-none performance in the future by launching new generations of technology. This shall be achieved through our high commitment within research and development.
  • to offer cost-competitive and high-quality solutions timely, by focusing the company organisation on end-to-end business processes, and by emphasising standardisation, quality assurance and efficient project execution in all activities, ranging from development of prototypes to large-scale in-house cell and stack manufacturing and final delivery and start-up with clients/partners.
  • to focus our market efforts on micro combined heat and power, distributed generation, and auxiliary power units. Further to strengthen our channels to markets on a global scale, by conclusion of mutually beneficiary strategic alliances with one or several key players active within the above areas and having suitable fits with our business model.
  • to maintain a balanced approach to growth, development and continued technical improvements while keeping the organisation lean, focused and flexible. This is done by a firm prioritisation between necessary, strategic and value-adding activities, and by extensive use of outsourcing and collaboration with partners for other parts of the value chain.
