The Topsoe PowerCore™ for auxiliary power units
The Topsoe PowerCore™ for auxiliary power units (APUs) has been developed for mobile applications. The current development target is 2-3 kW nominal system power, while a number of future designs in the 5-15 kW range are being defined.
These Topsoe PowerCores™ run on diesel or logistic fuels. They are designed to fit the strict space and weight application requirements of the transport industry, and they are designed to function in harsh environments.

Maintenance
The Topsoe PowerCore™ is designed to be maintenance free. The reforming catalyst in the internal fuel processor of the Topsoe PowerCore™ is designed for system lifetime.
