In connection with a recent organisational adjustment, having as main purpose to secure a simultaneous effort on our long-term focused stack development and efficient project execution, cer-tain promotions have been made:

Mr. Niels Christiansen has been promoted Technical Director

For many years, Mr. Christiansen has been involved in the development of solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC), and he will now be overall responsible for supervision and coordination of our technical work. In this context he will lead the definition and implementation of Topsoe Fuel Cell’s (TOFC) technical objectives. At the same time, Mr. Christiansen will be overall responsible for the fortification of the TOFC patent portfolio and he will play an important role exploring and defining the strategy towards partnerships, alliances and strategic initiatives within the technical area.

Mr. Christian Olsen has been promoted Manager of Stack Development and Project Execution

Mr. Olsen has substantial experience in SOFC development, and has for many years led our stack development group. His primary role will be to manage the operational activities in order to secure optimisation and relation between the development work and the execution of work towards partners and clients. In this context Mr. Olsen will lead the definition and implementation of industrially relevant development and manufacturing procedures.

Mr. Jens Ulrik Nielsen has been promoted Project Manager of Stack Development

He will lead a dedicated group of scientists in charge of improving the current stack de-sign and developing important new and future stack concepts.

Mr. Søren Primdahl has joined Topsoe Fuel Cell per 1 April 2006

He will hold a position as Project Manager, and will be responsible for a range of activities, all related to design, construction, commissioning, and future manufacturing improvements of the planned new cell and stack manufacturing plant.
